How a member's profile shows this
Every member profile carries all fourteen rungs. The rungs a member holds are lit. The rungs still ahead of them stay visible and unlit, so a client can see plainly where a practitioner is in their career. There is no harm in a member being early in the ladder. Pretending every ACADA member is the same would be the harmful thing.
